BUILDER Contract Maintenance Terms and Conditions
Work is performed by Heritage Homes staff
Work is scheduled during normal business hours.

Time is measured from arrival to completion of project and ready for departure.
Payment is due on completion.
Owner or owner’s authorized agent is must be available to approve work upon completion.

Remainder of concrete crack filler tube will be left for owner to perform any needed touch-ups or to fill future cracks.
