For warranty service on an appliance, you must contact the appliance manufacturer directly at the service number provided in your appliance literature.
BUILDER Limited Warranty Guidelines
Only the manufacturer provides a warranty on appliances. BUILDER will address issues of installation or surface defects such as scratches if noted during the final walk through.
