Attic – The effectiveness of blown insulation is diminished if it is uneven. As the last step after any work done in your attic (for example, the installation of speaker wire), you should confirm that the insulation lays smooth and even. (When in the attic Do Not step on drywall ceilings because this can result in personal injury, death and/or damage to the drywall.
Drafts – Electrical outlets on outside walls normally emit small but noticeable amounts of cold air when outside temperatures are low and/or winds are strong.
BUILDER Limited Warranty Guidelines
BUILDER has certified insulation to meet or exceed the energy codes applicable at the time of construction. Insulation will meet levels specified in the building contract. The performance standard will be met.
